Light Home Tasks

We can change light bulbs, replace smoke detector batteries, or do other simple “Honey Do” chores.

“Helping Hands” Days

Once a quarter, organize a staff volunteer day where team members help multiple “Honey Do’s” clients with small household tasks.

Home Safety Checks

Our techs can look out for minor issues—trip hazards, leaky pipes, or things needing a quick fix.

Referrals to Local Support Resources

Provide a small resource sheet for support groups, grief counseling, or in-home assistance in the area.

Honey Do’s: Our Heartfelt Way of Helping Those Who’ve Lost a Loved One

At Area Wide Exterminators, pest control is what we do—but community care is who we are. We know that when someone loses their partner, the world doesn’t stop—but everything gets harder. That’s why we created a special program called Honey Do’s—a free community outreach initiative to support our recently widowed customers in a real, practical way.

We named it “Honey Do’s” as a nod to the to-do lists so many of us share with the ones we love. When that loved one is gone, the list still lingers—but the help often doesn’t. We want to change that.

What Is the Honey Do’s Program?

Honey Do’s is our way of showing up for our customers through one of life’s hardest seasons. This complimentary program is available exclusively to current Area Wide Exterminators customers who have recently lost a spouse or partner.

There’s no cost, no paperwork maze, and no pressure — just kindness, consistency, and community from a team that truly cares.
