Job Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic Pest Control Technician to join our team in California. As a key member of our crew, you'll play a vital role in safeguarding homes and businesses from unwanted pests while delivering top-notch service and peace of mind to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Be the Expert: Conduct thorough property inspections to identify pest issues and develop customized treatment plans tailored to our clients' needs.
2. Take Action: Apply state-of-the-art pest control techniques and products to eliminate pests safely and effectively, ensuring the well-being of our clients and the environment.
3. Deliver Excellence: Communicate with clients with professionalism and empathy, providing guidance, answering questions, and offering proactive pest prevention advice.
4. Document and Report: Keep accurate records of services provided and maintain compliance with industry regulations and company protocols.
5. Be Safety-Minded: Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work, following best practices and guidelines to protect yourself, your team, and our clients.

Qualifications:

• Passion for Pest Control: You're driven to make a difference and take pride in helping others.
• Certification and License: Hold a valid pest control applicator license or technician certification issued by the Structural Pest Control Board (SPCB).
• Experience: Prior experience in pest control or a related field is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate who shares our dedication to excellence.
• People Skills: Excellent communication and customer service abilities are a must – you'll be the face of our company, after all!
• Drive: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required – you'll be out and about serving our clients across Northern California.
